Alliance Valor and Benchmark weights
Choose Valor for a garage and transported equipment; choose Benchmark for a destination-trailer layout intended around a longer campsite stay. In a toy hauler, available total weight does not establish the ramp, floor or tie-down rating. Check each limit and weigh the trailer with the toys secured for travel.
Water and toys compete for the same gross allowance
The 2027 Valor brochure gives the 23T15 a 7,489 lb dry weight and 11,500 lb GVWR. Their difference is 4,011 lb before added load. Its 98 gallons of fresh water weigh about 817 lb at 8.34 lb per gallon, leaving about 3,194 lb of that arithmetic margin for the remaining added equipment, supplies and toys.

Use the garage rating for the installed model
The Valor fifth-wheel owner guide specifies 3,000 lb evenly distributed for the garage and ramp, with no more than 1,000 lb at a wheel contact on the ramp. Those instructions apply to that guide’s fifth-wheel equipment; confirm the separate guide and labels for a 23T15 travel trailer. A total-weight calculation alone cannot validate a concentrated wheel load.
A 23T15 owner reported 1/8–1/4 inch of garage-floor movement in March 2026. That report does not establish a fleet defect or an allowable load. If a used unit’s floor moves, obtain a written assessment of its construction and support before loading a vehicle onto it.
Benchmark needs a site plan as well as a tow plan

The 2027 Benchmark brochure lists residential appliances and three air conditioners. Confirm pedestal service, the site’s length and utility arrangements before committing to a seasonal pitch. A destination layout still needs compliant loading and a suitable towing arrangement when moved.
