BT Cruiser and Conquest motorhome comparisons

Check a BT Cruiser or Conquest motorhome by its completed-vehicle label and chassis documentation. BT Cruiser 5210’s published UVW and net carrying capacity add to 12,500 lb, even though the online sheet labels that number “Dry Weight.” Use the actual certification label to identify GVWR before planning the load.

Read the 5210 figures together

The BT Cruiser 5210 sheet lists 10,122 lb UVW and 2,378 lb net carrying capacity. Their sum is 12,500 lb. Calling 12,500 lb its unloaded weight would erase the distinction between UVW and carrying capacity.

The same sheet gives 22 ft 6 in length, 96-inch width, 10 ft 6 in exterior height and 77-inch interior height. Its fresh tank is 41 gallons; gray and black tanks are 26 gallons each. Full fresh water weighs about 342 lb at 8.34 lb per gallon, before accounting for the unit’s label basis and other travel load.

The Lithium package is an equipment comparison

The 5210 Lithium page specifies a 460 Ah Mastervolt lithium battery and 600 watts of solar. Amp-hours describe charge capacity, while watts describe power. Neither number alone establishes air-conditioner runtime or the usable energy in a particular installation.

For a stated example of four peak-sun-equivalent hours, 600 W × 4 hours is 2,400 Wh before charging losses, shading and other reductions. That calculation is an energy example, not a daily output guarantee. Request battery voltage, inverter limits and the installed equipment sheet before comparing off-grid use.

Do not transfer these figures to a Conquest

A Conquest plan with a cab-over bed can have a different chassis, seating arrangement and completed-vehicle load allowance. Inspect the actual seat belts and obtain its own ratings. Sleeping positions do not establish legal travel seating or enough payload for that many occupants.

Do not convert battery amp-hours directly into solar runtime

The Lithium equipment description gives storage in amp-hours and panel power in watts. A useful off-grid comparison therefore needs the battery voltage, usable operating limits and the loads connected to the installed inverter.

The stated solar example is an energy calculation under assumed sunlight, not a forecast for a shaded campsite. For a conventional 5210 offered beside the Lithium version, ask for the installed equipment list rather than treating the shared floorplan code as proof of the electrical package.
